Our HYROX Group Classes include high intensity functional fitness and are a fun, engaging, and challenging way to get all-round fit. We have special HYROX events including PFTs and Race Day Simulations, a great switch-up to our regular program and of course prepare you for the HYROX Races, the ultimate challenge to test your fitness and compete against athletes from around the world.
